Experienced in a wide range of psychotherapies, I have a passion for treating anxiety, trauma and burnout. I have an office in Newcastle, NSW and do many sessions via confidential telehealth.
I have written articles for newspapers and my blog on burnout. I am also currently writing a book on stopping burnout.
In addition to the Stop Burnout workshops that I regularly present both in-person and online, I regularly present at conferences on burnout. I frequently speak at events and I am a regular guest on a local radio program on mental health.
When I’m not speaking and listening to people, I’m reading, writing, drinking coffee, annoying my husband and daughter, running and eating a lot.
