Synergy Massage & Spa was established as one of the first specialist beauty wholesale companies in NSW. The initial vision and impetus for the company formation was to provide a comprehensive range of products backed with exceptional customer service to assist professional therapists to obtain their products in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner. Our Team, ably led by Kieran Manderson, is dedicated to providing you with excellence in customer service and look forward to being able to assist you. All of their seven children have worked in the business during school, Tafe or university holidays over the past 20 years and three continue to work full time for the company today. In the future we will continue to expand the information and options available to you. Synergy Massage & Spa is still a 100% family business owned by the founder Vanessa Leitch and her husband Peter. You can download our wholesale catalogue, monthly newsletter, find out about forthcoming training and register for electronic communications. While most of our business is undertaken in the showroom or over the telephone, we have launched this website as a continuing step in improving our customer service and information access. The majority of NSW orders are delivered the next business day and many are freight free (see delivery charges and freight free options in our pricelist). Our detailed quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) systems ensure that the 99.9% of the 10,000+ orders we process each year meet your expectations. We know that when you need products it is essential that your ordered goods are in stock, most importantly, packed and invoiced correctly and, picked, delivered promptly. We also conduct regular product knowledge & training sessions in our state of the art 100m2 training room. This simple philosophy allowed the company to expand rapidly and we now distribute over 5,000 products from a purpose built 550m2 warehouse in Wickham, NSW.
