Mark has practiced in this area for more than 35 years, including in parenting cases, child support disputes and many complex commercial and property disputes arising from relationship difficulties. Mark has focused the development of his skills and training on superannuation issues both in the area of relationships law and generally. He has been a principal and later director of Mullane Lindsay since 1985 and takes great pride in the firm's ability to bear practical and cost effective advice to its clients. The Family and Relationships Law group is a cohesive and enthusiastic group of proficient lawyers committed to providing quality services to clients with relationship problems. Tony was for many years a Conjoint Lecturer in Employment Law in the Faculty of Law at The University of Newcastle, and he continues to regularly lecture law students at the University of Newcastle in relation to legal practice and risk issues. Kristy has been a litigation lawyer for over 10 years and has extensive experience in litigation and refute resolution.
