From time to time, we have clients who would like to go to a Newcastle gym as healthy as do their private personal training sessions at Wellfit which is great! Our bodies are amazing things. In our experience, (and all the Wellfit staff have worked in commercial gyms previously) some personal trainers you find active in gyms are barely qualified are simply training clients because it’s their job’ and they receive higher commissions for pumping through more sessions with clients.
