We are very happy with the encourage our client manager offers us. Our client managers offers us huge support and service. Our client manager has excellent product knowledge, and we receive very prompt service. His product knowledge is fantastic, and any issues are stationary extremely quickly. If there is ever an issue, he has it sorted in no time at all. He resolves issues quickly and has phenomenal product knowledge. The IT system is definitely meeting our needs and we are very happy overall with the service from SOS. The service is very good. Issues are resolved very quickly and we are receiving value for money. We have everlasting had outrageous service from SOS Technology Group. The IT system works very well and we take value for money. Response time and rectification time of issues is urgent and both are great. We are so glad with the relationship that we have built, that we now utilize more of the services of SOS Technology Group. Issues are resolved quickly, the system works healthy and we will continue to utilize SOS Technology Group in the future. Our Client Manager is very good and he resolves issues quickly. Our Client Manager is huge he looks behind us very well and he has awesome product knowledge. The most imperative thing is response time and we are definitely getting a huge response whenever we need it from him. We are very happy with the service and our Client Manager perpetual responds quickly to any problems we might encounter we wouldn't have anyone else! We have total believe in our Client Manager to make sure we have everything we need for the business and we are receiving value for money from the service.
